We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. "The project started 10/2021 and ended sometime in 2/2022. This project took long3r than anticipated. I had to check in multiple times to see if anyone would be working on the project that day. The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

Pros/cons to consider when hiring Vadim Pros -very timely, informs you if running late -clean, his appearance and his workspace -great communication, always responds quick. Cons -he leads his guys with an iron fist -I don’t think he drinks water at all -doesn’t take breaks -Sounds like fighting when he speaks his language to his guys."
