"This was a two day job. The two men, Willie and Jose, who did the work were competent, courteous, and professional. They were responsive to our questions, did a good job of tidying up, and worked diligently. I think the work went very well. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
