"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

They called to let me know when he was on the way and he arrived right on time. In order to access the pipes to install one of the faucets, he had to make a hole in the drywall of our garage. "When we started having problems with the flow on our Grohe faucet, we called the plumber we had used in the past. He told us that Grohe are difficult to fix and we should just replace it. I went to Pyramid plumbing supply to pick out a new faucet and they told me that there were a couple of things that could be causing the problem and both were relatively east to fix. They gave me John's number and said he worked almost exclusively on Grohe. I called John and he got back to me the next day and and set up an appointment for that evening. He showed up on time and had diagnosed the problem and installed the new rate coupler within 10 minutes. His rate was reasonable and in line with what we have paid in the past for plumbing services. I will be calling him in the future with my plumbing needs."

"When the wife and I decided to switch from electric to a gas furnace in the house I quickly discovered that I needed a professional.  I contacted GRT Plumbing and was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience for an estimate.  Gene and his wife Sara showed up promptly on time.  Both were pleasant and professional and were right on top of the job at hand.  I was shocked at the price quoted but over the next 2-3 weeks of gathering quotes from other contractors from bigger advertised names in the plumbing biz, I realized that Gene's estimate was more than competitive.  The job cost was in the lower 25% of quotes I received.  I don't always go after the lowest cost but had a good feeling about GRT and I was right.  Gene and his helper were waiting for me when I got home from work in the morning 30 minutes early and quickly went to work.  About 4 hours later the job was completed and I was more than pleased.  It passed all inspections and pressure tests the first time.  I have always been one to DIY but in the interest of my family's safety, thought it best for a professional to run a gas line inside my home so I swallowed my pride and got the checkbook out.  I couldn't be happier with the job that Gene completed and would definitely use GRT Plumbing in the future.  <br /> <br />"
