He did a beautiful change over on that date on my door. He cleaned the fan in my kitchen. He checked my roof and did so much! Underneath my sink is a cabinet, and something happened. I told everyone to not let anyone run any appliances when they are not there. My refrigerator started to leak on the floor, and Mark came. He and his wife were sick and he was on the floor with floor strippers and came out just to help me. I hollered at him to go home because he was sick and he is such a hard worker. He knocked $25 off of the bill because of problems that he was not able to address, especially the sticky material around the kitchen floor."
