"My husband and I called around and searched online for someone to help us with our television needs.  We had three flat screen TV's that had been sitting on the floor and we wanted them mounted on the wall.  We were disappointed with previous people contacted until we found IMPEL Services.  Randy, the owner, was very professional and answered all of the many questions we had.  After we spoke with him, we felt confident that he was the man for the job!  Randy arrived in a timely fashion and patiently reviewed all of our electronic needs.  His overwhelming personality was outstanding!  He also did an excellent job with installation and clean-up.  He did exactly what we asked.  We definitely got our money's worth because the price was right.  My husband and I highly recommend IMPEL Services.  We are thinking of bringing him back to put together our sound system.

"We initially hired Mr. Khoury to replace several items in our home AV system. In the course of this work, Mr. Khoury found inadequate wireless service, and proceeded to replace the system entirely; as a result we not only have a first rate and up-to-date AV system but also, for the first time,an excellent home wireless system. This was excellent, personalized service far above and beyond what we had expected. Courteous, attentive, efficient."

"I had 11 ethernet lines run to various locations at my house. Charlie's team did an excellent job. This was a fairly big job that took the two techs two days to complete. The techs provided their recommendations on how to run the wires with very minimal damage to dry wall. I plan on using them again in a couple years when I decide to have surround sound speaker cables professionally installed in the main movie room."
