"Needed help installing a dryer vent through a brick wall... Didnt have the right tools to drill a 4 inch hole in bricks efficiently and decided to hire someone. I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

So I was available F-Su and he was able to come by Friday, looked at the situation, re-wired my air handler, and install my new thermostat. It is up and running and ready to go. He even gave me his thoughts and price on getting a new system since mine is pretty old. No hard-sell at all, just offered his price, and mentioned the difficulties given the limited space in my condo.
