When he saw I already replaced one part while trying to self-diagnose he asked if I wanted to replace the part he found I really needed myself in order to save on installation costs and I did. He ordered it for me to pick up, gave me his cell number and said just call if I had any questions while installing. Well I screwed it up and he came out and fixed everything properly and didn't even charge for the call back. You don't get service like this anymore. I wish these guys fixed cars too!
