"Great. It was a very hot summer this year. They were nice enough to install the new AC on the 4th of July. They replaced the unit for a very reasonable price at a critical time. Highly recomended."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It was excellent. They've got excellent service. They were very professional. They answered all of the questions we had."

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"GREAT EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I hired Mark for a one-time cleaning service as my tenants had just moved out. He was able to get in there quickly so I could get the house on the market. He moved his schedule around to get the job done as soon as possible. Not only did he clean the house top to bottom, he also removed all unwanted trash and dumped it. And he repaired a few things in my house, such as a toilet seat, railing and electrical outlet. Throughout the project, he communicated with me, telling me where he was at progress wise and if he had any questions. Mark sent me pictures afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the job. He was able to do all of this at a better price than a cleaning company who wouldn't remove trash or fix things."

"The response to service call overly exceeded my expectations. Definitely most cost effective and efficient in the surrounding area, with excellent professionalism and customer service and job performance. Highly recommend!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
