Due to heavy scheduling they began the job in late fall/early winter and reached initial completion. They returned in spring for reseeding (going beyond the initial area). We found the type of interstitial material we initially selected too high and easily blown or washed away. They replaced it with premised at no extra cost. They were excellent in all respects. "It's a difficult area to control rainwater because of the size of the parking area.  They installed rip rap, edging and a drain to control the flow of water down a slope at the side of the garden.  This is an effective drain. In very heavy rain, there is still alot of water pouring through the drain, but Eathwood has relliably continued to monitor the area, and make improvements as needed.
