"Billy was great at communicating and he was flexible on scheduling a time to come to my home. I contacted him for an electrical problem, which he fixed after being very thorough detecting several issues related to my problem. He also fixed several issues I was having with my stove and while we were on a roll, I asked him to stabilize my toilet, which had been wobbly since the lever had been changed. He is incredibly talented at seeing the problem and coming up with a solution. He's affordable and quite pleasant to have around fixing things! I will definitely use his services again."

"I agree that Linda is for the most part polite and courteous and helpful with the measuring, and estimating phase. A contract was signed for a wood window shutter and estimate agreed to. However I crossed out the arbitration agreement (as this precludes any involvement of the Contractors State License Board). She was cooperative at the time. I wasn't happy either about asking for a 50% deposit which is illegal according the the CSLB, but I didn't say anything. I also didn't like the extremently weak warranty if any for installation or materials on the contract and the language that they can cancel the contract at any time for any reason. Now I know why this is in there. Linda told me a couple of days later over the phone that because I crossed out the arbitration agreement her company decided they wanted nothing to do with me and she was returning my deposit. I found this to be rude, unprofessional, prejudiced, and paranoid. Whatever happened to the (informed) customer is always right? Apparently I am the only person out there that reads the fine print of contracts and challenges it. This makes me out to be the bad guy which I am not."

"Man was 5 minutes late. We had the baseboards on hand. No other material was needed. He finished the job in 50-55 minutes. Did a Excellent job. He could not give me cost of job at this time. We were billed $250.00. After a few calls to office they reduced the invoice to $200.00 for less than 1 hours work. We have used them over the years for our home in Lemon Grove ( shutters and carpets). Also at our home in La Mesa for complete window coverings. Will no longer use them or REFER THEM TO OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!"
