Get matched with top indoor shutters repairers in Portland, OR

"I needed several small repairs done to the exterior of my house prior to having it painted, which Walt and his wife did beautifully. They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid, accomplished the work within my time frame, did quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They were also quiet and courteous while doing the work.

I have some interior jobs that will need to be done in the near future, and you can be sure I will call Walt for his assistance when the time comes."

"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window.
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"A few weeks after verifying the problem Jaime came out with a crew out to fix everything. They tore off the damaged area, replaced some studs, put up new plywood sheathing, siding and paint. The final result looks wonderful. All this was done under their warranty."

"Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. I would hire Ethereal Elements again."

"I can’t say enough about The Custom Shade Company! Our consultant Zee was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were deciding which style and color to choose. The blinds were done earlier than I expected and our installer got the job done quickly. The whole process went very smooth thanks to Zee, I highly recommend."

"I loved working with Book of Blinds. He gave me a competitive price. The perfect blinds arrived and were installed quickly. They look beautiful. I highly recommend."

"It went well. After viewing both properties content, i was sent a couple of room plans.
