"We had a good experience.  Scheduling was easy.  They were able to come out within days of calling.  They were punctual and professional.  We misunderstood the rate system on the phone, so it ended up to be a higher rate than we expected.  But we did feel all the work got done in a quick and efficient manor, which is encouraging when you are paying by the hour.  We had a coupon from Angie's List that we forgot to mention on the phone when we scheduled.  The guy was great about it and just deducted it from the final cost before he left.  All the repairs have been great.  The only exception would be the drywall patch.  When the guy left he said it was "ready to paint" but we saw that we needed to do quite a bit of sanding to prep it for paint.  Once painted, the patch is still slightly visible.  We are happy regardless because we were able to call one place to get all these things taken care of.

"Eugene has been great to work with. He is on-time, honest and reliable. We initially hired him for indoor painting but ended up hiring him for additional electrical jobs and also considering for exterior paint. He will surely be our go-to person for home-related tasks."

"Extremely helpful and were willing to delay service because of some painting. Arrived on time, removed all blinds including ones in room with 18' cathedral ceiling, and reinstalled them. Cleaning took place in their truck in the driveway. Entire operation took between 2 - 3 hours. I was utterly amazed. Showed me where some wear was starting but said it was just for my information. No attempt to sell products or additional services. Very professional, punctual, quick, and comprehensive.  I strongly recommend them for a hassle-free job"

"He was extremely thorough and professional.  He pointed out things that needed to be repaired.  He was able to accomplish all tasks.  He did a lot of work in a small amount of time.  We tipped him well.  I would work with him again.

"The designers were very nice.  However, they only recommended/carried a litmit number of suppliers - few of which were in Indy.  The suppliers they carreid were also very expensive.  Even though I sent pictures, I found that I needed a designer that could come to the house and help find local suppliers for paints and material."

"Palm Construction used subcontractors at every stage (not unusual), but there was little to no oversight. Communication was a problem. I am doubtful that the product (Trex decking) was installed according to **manufacturers guidelines** and worry what that may mean to the longevity of the final product. Some parts of the install were handled brilliantly and with finesse. Other parts were done hurriedly, resulting in damage to the substructure. Palm has made efforts to repair or redo, as necessary, which I appreciate, but some of their promises fell by the wayside."
