After we decided what we wanted, she gave us a firm estimate and we set an installation date for after the holidays. They came as scheduled and completed the job in a couple of hours. "His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C."

I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."
