"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? Even though Huft didn't do my repair, they showed professionalism with helping me come up with the right solution and help me safe money in the process."

"Our front yard was a muddy mess. We had a Liquid Amber Tree removed by another company we thought was the culprit for the mess. It did solve one leak, however, we had a much larger leak still! Ugh!! Well, Honest Sewer & Drain's Dustin Heffington talked to us on the phone in length determining the company could help us with our absolute muddy mess and leak! Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result.
