"Appliance is the Bosch Ascenta Condensation Dryer. It requires frequent cleaning of the lint filter and the heat exchanger. Obviously, the tenant did not do a good job. I did a couple round of cleaning myself but the "Cleaning req" warning light still came on intermittently. I called Alex and made the appointment. Before he arrived, I tried one more time to clean it. This time I took out the lint filter and rinse it in hot water, dried it before putting it back.
