Of course the problem I was having didn't occur while the technician was there. He squirted some lubricant on the hinges, adjusted the force of the motor and that was it. At one point when the garage door opened, a little lizard was hanging onto the bottom of the door, and the tech was like, "Look! Right there! What's that?!" I thought he found the issue with the door, but no, he was just terrified of a little lizard. A couple of days later the door stopped working properly again. And it's not the lizard's fault!"
