They left garage floor and furnace area swept up. Men were very polite, quiet, knew what they were doing and wore booties when inside. Great people. This provider was assigned to me as part of my home warranty, so the service fee was a flat 75.00. I called because there was a musty odor coming from my heating unit. The tech was very helpful and detailed in his investigation. It turns out the pea trap that the heater and humidifier was draining into was dry. The tech went into the crawlspace to check out the pipes. He hooked up a temporary fix by adding some extra piping near the drain by the heater where I could add additional water to the pea trap. The real fix would need to be done by a plumber.
