Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Elbert, CO

"They responded very quickly and they arrived on time. Evaluated the drain problem and cleared the main line. They are going to follow up with a camera scope in the next few days. Clay, the technician did a great job."

"Response to my call was quick, Mike came out to consult as promised. He gave details and information without appearing to push for the most expensive system. We chose a very good system, but not the top of the line.
Installer came out exactly when we agreed, which was only a few days after the consultation. He was polite, courteous, careful in how he treated our home. He finished in one day. There was a subcontractor who came the same day to handle the new electrical junction and wiring to the outside unit.
The entire installation was done with minimal impact on our home.
The installer said there was one thing (size and routing of a vent pipe) that was very hard to do (Mike had predicted this when he quoted the job). He said he would try one solution that would work perfectly well but that might not be what the state inspector wanted to see. He said if there was a problem he would come back out and correct it.
Indeed one inspector said everything looks great, while the other one (inspecting something different) asked for this vent pipe to be modified. The installer came to the house promptly and engineered a solution that satisfied the state.
One other comment about the original call. I needed to work with the office by telephone, setting the date and time and giving credit card info. The company was having trouble with their phone service, and we kept getting cut off. Eventually the young woman in the office gave me her private cell number so we could complete our business. I thought that was "above and beyond" as they say and speaks well of the company.
Bassett is certainly our heating and AC company now. Will definitely work with them for future needs as well as ongoing routine maintenance.
I did not grade them on price, as I did not get other quotes and have no way to compare. Sorry, but members will have to rely on other reviews to assess the price.

"They were dealing with a clay sewer line that's 104 tears old with many interventions over the years. The excavation required was about 7 feet down and they fixed with a combination of new pipe and lining the remaining clay. All done in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price! Everyone was courteous and efficient and I highly recommend them for anything requiring this kind of work. Overall excellent review!"

"When I called Alphalete they were booked but scheduled me for the following day at 9:30am. I got a text in the morning confirming Jacob was on the way and he also called. My water pump had a problem. He identified the problem and took care of it. I was charged fairly. I was happy with the service I got."

"The technician did a wonderful and thorough job!! He was very professional, and I'd use this company again in the future, if needed!!!"

"I’ve called on this professional and skilled company several times and have also recommended them to friends and family. Had a sink, faucet issue recently and called again! Shawn assisted this time, and he was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Made needed fixes quickly and expertly. Thank you again Drainline Services!!"

"The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.
