While stripping the old paint off of the tub (it had been refinished before) he discovered the drain was corroded and needed to be replaced prior to refinishing. Matt stopped his work and I had to summon a plumber to replace the drain. It was a major pain and it took some time as the drain had been in there for over 20 years. Matt came back one week later and finished the job. I was not charged extra for the second trip and the bathtub came out beautiful. Matt kept us informed during the entire job and explained the process. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Great Lakes Refinishing.
