"Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!

"What an adventure but it all worked out! I needed to replace a toilet and wanted to switch to a dual flush so Jacob gave me his opinion on the best makers to look for. I ended up ordering my new dual flush toilet on a Amazon which was a big mistake. Didn’t realize until Jacob went to install the new toilet that the toilet was shattered in one area and would not be installable. Since I insisted on a dual flush Jacob tracked down an alternative in Elk Grove (since local plumbing & home improvement stores don’t carry then in stock, only for ordering). He drove down to get the replacement and installed same day. With the setback of the shattered new toilet I had been prepared to return to the project on a later date but Jacob powered through so there wasn’t a hole in my bathroom floor. What I thought would be a simple replacement (& equally simple cost) ended up being a 3/4 day project and more expensive. But so it goes, I now have a wonderful dual flush toilet that I really enjoy. It was important for me to have the dual flush and I appreciated Jacob understanding when I wouldn’t budge for an easier-to-find standard toilet. Very happy with the final product and service."

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done. "Don patched up the furnace on initial visit so we could keep house at a safe temp while prepping for total unit replacement. Don was very knowledgeable in explaining the latest technology in HVAC replacement and also utilizing available rebates from electric company. New unit is unbelievable how much less it costs to run and it can make our summer home a meat locker on the hottest day, fast. On time work, very respectful of our home and just an all around “good person”. Really liked Don and his work, will definitely use him again."
