Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"My experience with Jose L who did the work was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. "Excellent service from initial phone call to the completion of service. I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!"

"I discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling properly.  On 7/5, I contacted All Temp and scheduled a service/ diagnostic appointment for 7/6.  The office staff was friendly and efficient.  Mike B. arrived within the appointment window and promptly inspected the unit.  He discovered that the contactor was bad and replaced it.  After replacing the part, Mike tested the pressure and temperature and confirmed everything was working properly.  Mike took the time to provide some helpful advice for keeping the unit operating at it's peak.  The entire appointment lasted approx. 30 minutes.  I have used All Temp in the past and would recommend them to friends and family.  In my experience, they have been honest, reliable and efficient.  I've never felt that a technician was trying to "sell me something."  A++ Rating.  *Only note is that I was expecting a call prior to technician arrival, but that's no big deal in my book!
