"Great folks. Tackled my new gas water heater. Garage closet install, a bit tight, but they made it work!"

"I actually had my Air and Heating units all replaced. Work was completed in 1 day, all old equipment hauled off my property. I got other bids, they were not only the best but with better equipment than competitor. Would use again and highly recommend."

"Replaced my outdoor faucet quickly that I couldn't budge with my tools. Answered all my other plumbing questions. Price was high, but I've never seen a plumber or electrician charge less than a couple hundred no matter how simple. I have peace of mind though with the year warranty."

"Professional and willing to educate me on the process for future reference. A bit pricey for installation of a $40 part that took 30 minutes ($400) but now I know for next time."

"The customer service is rude but the one who install the A/C is ready good."

"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"I had a water heater fail on a Sunday morning. I submitted a request and got a response in less than a minute. The person was extremely helpful and we arranged an install only a few hours later. I couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 2/18/2021."

"Quick turn around - Matthew was responsive to any concerns on the job and Zack did a great job replacing old water heater and adding new expansion tank! Reasonable Rates and even advised not doing one repair Zack determined was unnecessary!"

"Parker and Sons sent out two guys to quote installation of a tankless hot water heater.  They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling time to come out.  They were also very punctual and professional.  They weren't as thorough as some of the other companies that came out, but perhaps that's just knowing what they have to do.  Where I was let down was the price. The quoted prices was 2X the cost of the other two companies I had out to quote the same job.
