"Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. Gilles was patient and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns. On the day of installation, the technicians on site, Brandon and Victor, kept me informed throughout the entire installation process. They treated my home as if it were their own, which I really appreciated. When the installation was completed, Victor walked me through the installation. He also took the time to show me how to work the newly installed thermostat. I highly recommend Behold heating and cooling for all your HVAC needs. If you are looking for a company that is trustworthy, detailed, and client-focused. The team at Behold Heating and Cooling will go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. The service quality was truly exceptional. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; it was a delight to work with them."

"Habib did a wonderful job servicing and installing some items in my HVAC system. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He is on time and most importantly, he is honest which is hard to find in this industry."

"Air conditioner wasn't working. Didn't come on. Our technician determined the problem was the thermostat and also determined that the service was covered under the warranty when I got out my service history and invoices for the central air and furnace. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a real professional."

"Prior to hiring Topshelf to install a wholehouse steam humidifier I spoke with several companies. Darrell responded quickly, was knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. His team arrived on time, introduced themselves, followed Covid safety measures, put shoe coverings on everytime they entered my house. When the installation was completed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system. No trace of them was left behind only a house that now is humidified and overall much warmer with a lower temperature setting. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Helped me figure out a newly installed Thermostat! Friendly, Communicative, Patient! Would highly recommend!"

"Ben came out to assess my parents furance. He was upfront about the cost to diagnose, but upon inspection found that it had a carbon monoxide leak (it was around 20 years old). He waived the diagnosis fee and provided a free bid. After we approved, he booked us in an extremely quick manor because of the weather. He was fast, efficient, and wore show covers to keep the house clean. He then explained to my parents how to properly maintain the new furance, completed the paperwork for the warranty, and said to give him a call if they wanted to hire him for yearly maintenance. It wasn't pushy or slimy and I felt like my parents were truely taken care of and given good advice as well as options."

"The tech this company sent to my home was respectful. Above all else very knowledgeable. Would recommend again and again. Thank you for the great service."
