"Prior to hiring Topshelf to install a wholehouse steam humidifier I spoke with several companies. Darrell responded quickly, was knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. His team arrived on time, introduced themselves, followed Covid safety measures, put shoe coverings on everytime they entered my house. When the installation was completed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system. "Ben came out to assess my parents furance. He was upfront about the cost to diagnose, but upon inspection found that it had a carbon monoxide leak (it was around 20 years old). He waived the diagnosis fee and provided a free bid. After we approved, he booked us in an extremely quick manor because of the weather. He was fast, efficient, and wore show covers to keep the house clean. He then explained to my parents how to properly maintain the new furance, completed the paperwork for the warranty, and said to give him a call if they wanted to hire him for yearly maintenance. It wasn't pushy or slimy and I felt like my parents were truely taken care of and given good advice as well as options."
