He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"they are nice and honest people. they will tell you step by step what is the real cause of the problem and they will evaluated it to find a great solution to fixed the problem. in my case it was a sabotage made by previous oil company that automatically delivered my oil. they found out that there is water on my tank that needs to be taken out. I called a company that is an expert to do that job and after that I contacted VIP HVAC who do the amazing job that fix the problem in my furnace. "Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. "The work went well. It was something that was easily fixable, but I was charged a substantial amount for what turned out to be a simple problem. I knew it was going to cost, because they were upfront with the price estimate. Still, it seemed like a high price. This was a repair that I could have done if I had the patience and time to do it myself. I paid the 'lazy tax' to have someone else do it. I'm more mad at myself there. I do not fault the work and the speed of the repair. The work was done quickly and cleanly. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."
