Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

I called them again this morning because the overflow tank was leaking water--today is a Saturday after a snowstorm--and Dave and his crew came out a few hours later and repaired the entire thing. "they are nice and honest people. they will tell you step by step what is the real cause of the problem and they will evaluated it to find a great solution to fixed the problem. in my case it was a sabotage made by previous oil company that automatically delivered my oil. they found out that there is water on my tank that needs to be taken out. I called a company that is an expert to do that job and after that I contacted VIP HVAC who do the amazing job that fix the problem in my furnace. "The work went well. It was something that was easily fixable, but I was charged a substantial amount for what turned out to be a simple problem. I knew it was going to cost, because they were upfront with the price estimate. Still, it seemed like a high price. This was a repair that I could have done if I had the patience and time to do it myself. I paid the 'lazy tax' to have someone else do it. I'm more mad at myself there. I do not fault the work and the speed of the repair. The work was done quickly and cleanly.
