"Called Ricky on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to have him come out until the following week, but he offered to come the next morning. He showed up on-time, even slightly early, very refreshing! He was knowledgable about our problem and had it fixed in no time. Our shower only had extremely hot water. He discovered the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to explain the problem and what he had to do to fix it in case we ran into this problem again. His service and time cost $90. We very happily paid, and will hire him again should any other problems arise!"

"The installation went fine. I went with them based on competitive pricing. The pricing had to do with a steep discount from Costco. It amounted to about 15% discount over other competitive offers. So far it has been so good. They were here when they said they would be here and got it installed. They had to take down a part of the fence. They sent somebody out to make repairs to the fence. Unfortunately, that part of the fence blew over during the wind storm. But, that's not on Russell’s Heating. That's on the sub contractor they used."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
