"David came to the rescue after my first experience with grubs. I tried to solve my grub problem myself, following advice I found online. The grubs continued to live, and raccoons would destroy my yard every night. I called David out of desperation, and he came quickly to inspect the yard and confirm it was grubs. He placed the proper chemical on the lawn and soon my lawn was safe from all critters. He also inspected my large and overwhelming back yard, gave some good advice about the shrubs and future landscaping ideas. He came back to make sure the grubs had died and fertilized my lawn to make it happy again. Working with MidWest was a pleasure. I highly recommend them - now i know why MidWest is the Best! "JCB does excellent work, they are quality craftsmen. They do the work quickly but thoroughly. Jack is one of the most trustworthy person that I have found in the building/service industry. Jack will problem-solve and guide us as needed but never "up-sells" unnecessarily. And JCB is a full-service contractor. Recently, they painted, replaced all the rotting wood on the exterior of our house, among other things. In the past, they have replaced a wall damaged by a water leak, refinished our basement and painted the entire interior of our house. I trust them implicitly."

"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"
