We were exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of the person representing Sears. When we initially called him, he made an appointment for a free inspection.  He arrived at the appointed time. When he inspected our 2 garage doors, which were both off track, he said that the track systems could be replaced, without having to replace the doors. The doors are still in good shape. We had been told by one other company that the doors and tracks all needed to be replaced and their estimate was around $2600.
We made the appointment for him to replace the tracks. He arrived as scheduled and had the tracks replaced within a couple of hours.  The cost was $500, the same as the estimate he gave us.
We would definitely use this service again.

The day ran a little long because of a glitch with the city inspector, so the install had to be delayed until the next day. Everything went well with the install and Greg's crew finished the slab. Nice quality work and the site was cleaned up well."
