"Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

I had them recharge the system to find out where the leak was. The price was average. They did good work, we didn't have to have them back again. for responsiveness, they were good. They came out within 2 hours from when I called. They were punctual. We don't live there anymore but if we still lived in that area, I would call them back. It was a good experience. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
