We tried to empty by bailing, but quickly realized that wasn't working. We called during after hours/emergency hours. Mike was able to come out and replace our 10 year old pump with a brand new one and probably save our basement. Quality work and customer service, amazing price. I would recommend to anyone and we will not hesitate to contact them in the future."
