"Very well. They came out and discussed our wishes, walked us through possibilities, and were good at the design and the implementation of our new kitchen. They'd flag the times we thought we wanted something but hadn't thought through the ramifications well. It's an absolutely stunning kitchen fitted smartly in a small footprint of our little home.
