He came out and installed windows and did a great job. Windows look fantastic and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. "We had a great experience with Thompson Creek. We needed external French doors replaced. They took measurements and ordered it. Due to supply issues, it took 6 months to arrive. After installation, without our having yet evaluated it, the installation team decided that their measurements had not been taken correctly. The door actually worked fine, but the sill was below the level of the floor, so their was a potential for water leaking in. They ordered a new door (which took another 6 months) and it was perfect when installed. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, and the beautiful quality of the door. It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it!"
