"They did an amazing job, communicating and quality are great"

"We had plumbing work completed for a two-bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The entire process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent workmanship. The team was knowledgeable, dependable, and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. They communicated throughout the project, kept everything organized, and took pride in their work. Remodeling two bathrooms is a big undertaking, but they made the plumbing portion of the project smooth and stress-free. Everything turned out great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing work. We will definitely use them again in the future!"

"Did a very good job but a bit pricey"

"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend them if you shower or water heater work done! A special shout-out to Josh, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was just right. Thanks Josh!"

"Everything went well. The new shower fixtures were installed. Mr.Wambo cleaned up after his work. The new fixtures are beautiful. We will hire Mr.Wambo again for future work."

"Greg was quick to respond to my inquiry when we needed a heating element replaced on our dryer. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone and was very prompt in resolving our issue. I was so grateful for his kindness, service, and professionalism. Would use him for home repairs again for sure!!"

"These guys are amazing! They don't quit until the problem is solved. My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan. It is hard to find a plumber that you can trust, and I have been burned before. Please call them for any issue great or small. They will take care of you at very reasonable prices. You can trust them. I love these guys!"

"Called ahead to let you when he would arrive. On time, fast and efficient. He was here for only 15 minutes. I had my own faucet. $150.00 that is the reason I will not recommend Wenzler Plumbing. That is way too much to tell someone else to pay for that small a job had it been two or three but one when the product was provided was too much. Thank You"

"I am very satisfied with the piping work that was done. That was the work they were contracted to do. The installation seems very professional and they did it faster than I had expected, and at a lower cost than quoted. While they did inform me that they had removed some clog material from the old pipe, it was within 1 week following the job that my bathtub drain was completely stopped up. I hired Roto Rooter to clear the drain and they said that I should have had a clean-out line put in while the new piping was being installed. American Tech did not inform me of that so I took one star off for that omission."

"They did an excellent job. The guys that come to refinish the tiles were professional and courteous. They made sure everything looked perfect."
