I was honestly not expecting everything to be done so quick but I am extremely grateful for it! They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be a returning client for any other future projects or repairs our home may need :)"

"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. "I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. "I contacted Shephard Plumbing via the internet (HomeAdvisors.com) We contacted Shephard Plumbing on Monday to confirm our 1 pm appointment, they said they could change out our hot water heater Monday afternoon. It turns out their plumbing tech wouldn't be finished with a project he/she was currently on. they said they would be to our house on Tuesday morning, true to their word, my wife said they arrived around 10 am, replaced our hot water heater and were gone by 1 pm. Excellent company to work with, we'd highly recommend them, I didn't get the names of the employees who came to our house, I want to thank them for being so prompt, courteous and professional.
