The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. "Even after an equipment breakdown that delayed the process, l would say okay. However, I now have grout lines darker than before the cleaning in some spots of my kitchen floor. The tile is clean but that was not the point of the engagement for me...it was to have the grout restored to its original color which they told me would be the result. Now that the grout is sealed I am unsure if it can be "undone". Overall disappointing results but a nice guy that did the work."
