"They responded within a reasonable time made a temporary repair and, after determining the warranty status of our unit, ordered a replacement part. A day or two later the owner followed up with the replacement part and we were back in business. We were very pleased with their service and the straightforward way they conduct their business. They will now be our A/C company."

"Mr Trost is very professional and courteous. He repaired my AC when others said it couldn’t saving me money. I would definitely recommend him for your AC needs."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

"MauTech did a great job install two mini-split heat pumps at our home. The project was well managed from start to finish. They worked through supply chain issues to get the units quickly, answered all our questions, took time to go over all the project details, and had the job done on time and on budget - everything was clearly delineated. They even followed up with us after completion to make sure everything was working fine, and kept in touch as this was our first time using mini-split heat pumps through the changes in seasons. My wife and I have had our share of challenges with contractors in the past, and we couldn’t be happier than with MauTech for HVAC work. Top notch people."

"Very professional and courteous service. Called when he was delayed and gave me the choice to reschedule or maintain appointment. My car was really filthy inside grandkids etc etc period he did an awesome job and gave me some good tips. Plus having someone come to your location was great. I don't usually have interior detailing done but I will again with him."
