"We thought we had found septic, turned we hadn't & bob (owner of Hudson valley) stayed & helped locate! He also called me within 20 minutes of my going on home advisor & was there the next day!"

"I hired the company, but my husband had the inaction with the cleaning team. I appreciate them coming the second day after I called during this COVID-19 crisis. Thanks to the Middletown Septic Tank Cleaning & Portable Toilet Rental."

"had to pump out tank. found I needed to replace pipe from house to tank. Was done in one day"

"Winston LaPierre is a very professional guy, down to earth, and easy to talk with. He actually tired to fix the pump before we decided it really needed to be replaced. Efficient, effective; "A" Real Plumber is honest, easy to deal with, and reasonable .... what more could you ask for?"

"the work done was very professional and very clean"

"Excellent work, worked quickly and professionally.  He made one mistake, after replacing the toilet shutoff, he forgot to test it, so when I turned on the water supply after he left, we had a flood.  I called him and he told me how to fix it, which I did.
He did very good work, but he lives a bit far from me.  I found another very good plumber for a different job who lives nearby, and would probably call him again.
"

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
