"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"Learned a lot about HVAC systems. System is repaired while other home improvement projects are being conducted. Can now budget for a replacement."

"The Service Technicians were very courteous and professional. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service experience!"

"I gave Cool Air Mechanical a call after reading their good reviews online. Every one I dealt with on the phone was very helpful, and were able to get help out to us ASAP. Jerry C. who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and was able to diagnose our issue quickly and provided great options and advice. He returned with the replacement part and repaired our unit very quickly. I will definitely be calling on them, and Jerry specifically, for any work on our system in the future."

"Service is great. The technicians are very competent and we are pleased with out maintenance contract."

"Orlando was very good personable and upfront with the work needed. No high pressure sales or push to buy anything. Was welcomed here."

"Luis came out to the house promptly as scheduled and did an excellent and thorough job of diagnosing and repair our A/C unit. Highly recommend using this company."

"I highly recommend this business. The technician, Pierer, and his colleague were true professionals and incredibly courteous. Even though I was their last appointment of the night, they went above and beyond to source a replacement part that wasn't stocked on their truck. I truly appreciate their dedication to getting our HVAC unit running late in the evening. Thanks to them, my family was able to sleep comfortably with the heat restored."

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."
