"Late Monday night, water appeared in our bathroom floor.  After trying for hours to identify the source, I started calling plumbers.  When I called Ace Plumbing, I got their answering service.  I was told that someone would call me back.  Shortly, Dennis called me.  He told me he could come right away or in the morning to save the off hours fee.  I chose morning.
Tuesday morning, Dennis called and told me he was on his way.  He came, he fixed, he advised.  Dennis was very professional and very sympathetic.
