We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"I worked with John Abbott to replace my roof. He did a great job. We had both shingle and steel roof put on and it looks great. John stepped me through each process and pointed out issues that needed repair and repaired them. I had two issues upon completion and they were corrected the next day. "I called after I realized several shingles came off of the house while the wind storm was still happening hoping to get "on the list" to get repairs done. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He showed up just a little after 11 which was impressive. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"
