"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"They did a decent job installing the hardwood floors. The issue is they were supposed to match the color to our existing hardwood floors and they didn't. I now have a room with hardwood significantly lighter than the hallway. When I reached out to them they said not much they can do and then didn't respond to additional emails. They were very communicative during the sales process and very quiet after the contract was signed. The workers needed an extra day as they needed to finish a previous job and there were a few spots that could use fixing the company never replied back to me on after I sent pics. Would not use again."
