"The experience with Renaissance Floor and Carpet was awesome! I was looking for a professional and credible company to replace the hardwood floors in my home. After reading several reviews, I contacted Renaissance Floor to discussed the project. Basir came to my home with various floor samples, took measurements, and provided an estimate with cost effective suggestions and a detailed project timeline schedule. As outlined in the project timeline schedule, materials were delivered and the project was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about the work crew that worked on my project. The assigned work crew was extremely professional, possessed incredible technical knowledge and delivered superior quality work. They arrived and left as scheduled daily and made sure all work areas were cleaned and tools neatly stored. In addition, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the crew and their ability to reassembled our furniture from every room to the exact location without our assistance. Overall, Renaissance Floor and Carpet is a great company. They provide quality work at competitive prices and their customer service is outstanding, specifically from Basir and Amir the two managers I had the pleasure of working with. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor! "

"Another fantastic job by 858 Flooring. Five years ago they installed hardwood floors in the living room, dining, hall and foyer and carpet on the stairs and office ... perfect installation. Last week they installed luxury vinyl planks in the kitchen which required moving the fridge, stove and pulling the dishwasher. They moved all with great care and even ran the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks. They picked out the perfect- colored transom strips between the dining and living room floors. Grant and George are a pleasure and easy to work with and take great care to protect your house and surrounding furniture. They are true craft men who take pride in their work."

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring including Mike and Polly were very responsive and helpful at the beginning of our project. The installation team was very patient with us while we chose our floor color and helped with mixing stains to create exactly what we were looking for. The crew was punctual and very professional throughout out the process and we are overall very pleased with the new floors. Our disappointment began with the moving of the furniture and ended with the lack of concern and followup once the project was completed. Mike let us know that they would move the furniture out and back in for an additional fee. I do not believe the team was trained to move furniture correctly. We had two pieces damaged and we also ended up moving about a quarter of the furniture back in ourselves as the timing Jodi (who took over for Polly) offered did not work with our schedules and we did not want to wait another full week to get the furniture back in. When Mike came out about a few concerns we had with the final flooring we do not feel he listened and took the time to understand our concerns. He felt our concerns would be easily addressed and had the team come back out to do the touch ups but there was no communication between Mike, Jodi and the team as they did not understand what needed to be done when they got here or have the right product on the truck to do the work. It did get done later that day but not without a lot of frustration. We expressed our disappointment regarding the damaged furniture, the confusion about the touch ups and that we ended up having to move the last of the furniture back ourselves. The communications after that from Jodi were defensive and somewhat evasive and we never heard anything further from Mike although he was copied on all communications. The lack of concern and follow up for our complaints, after the project was completed, from both Jodi and Mike is the only reason that we would not use PHF again."

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"They did a decent job installing the hardwood floors. The issue is they were supposed to match the color to our existing hardwood floors and they didn't. I now have a room with hardwood significantly lighter than the hallway. When I reached out to them they said not much they can do and then didn't respond to additional emails. They were very communicative during the sales process and very quiet after the contract was signed. The workers needed an extra day as they needed to finish a previous job and there were a few spots that could use fixing the company never replied back to me on after I sent pics. Would not use again."
