The technician was great, talked me through the issue, and with a 14-yr old water heater encouraged us for a full replacement instead of a repair of the pilot mechanism. Talked through the financing options, but in the end the full replacement (~$2400) was not in my budget."

I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!"

He got back to me in a couple of hrs when going through Angie.very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. I live in a mobile home and some of the fittings I had to end up having someone that knew what they were doing to come in and fix the piping since it’s not like a normal house. I had to have him replace a water valves underneath the sink that was leaking while he was here. I had him do the sinks in both bathrooms. It only took him a little bit over an hour to fix the job. I will definitely hire him again."

Nate did everything from replacing seating straps on porch furniture to replacing screen panels on our screened porch to changing front door hardware to replacing toilet seats to replacing screened porch light fixtures to taking down a wall mounted TV (and the mounting device) to moving furniture, to replacing all door stops, to setting a hinge pins on doors to running an errand to Lowe's, etc, etc. His attitude was great. We would happily utilize his services again."

He explained that our hot water tanks were working, but were showing their age. Gave us some reasonable options. He also diagnosed why the pressure was so low in shower's hot water faucet. Explained how either he or we could fix it. He took time to explain things. His professionalism and honesty was so refreshing and greatly appreciated. I will call Adam for all my plumbing needs!"
