"I contacted Tri-Star after reading the reviews on Angies List.  I liked that they were able to give me an approximate estimate over the phone rather than other companies which insisted on coming over, which takes up a lot of time.  I had measurements for the bathroom, so Tri-star was able to give an estimate based on my figures.  When they came to do the job, they remeasured and confirmed the price before starting.   My bathroom looks great, and I agree with other reviewers that this is a great and much more affordable alternative to replacing a tub/tile.  During the first year, they will come and fix up anything without charge (even if it is the customer's fault, such as dropping something on the tub), after that there is a small service charge.  A very pleasant experience, and we are pleased with the results."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "MRD came a week or two prior, to give a free estimate on some moss build up I had on my roof.   Chris worked around my schedule and came in the evening to give an estimate.  He looked around and explained the work that should be done, in very specific details, which was appreciated.  My roof is very steep and I was concerned about a pressure washer damaging the shingles on my roof.  He explained that he'd need two people to do the job and that the pressure washer would be used on a very low setting.   When he came to perform the work, his crew came exactly when they said they would and cleaned the roof so well, it looks brand new.  MRD even pressure washed the siding and other build up, around the perimeter of my house.  The estimate was spot on and I felt that the work done warranted the cost.    Chis even called today to make sure the work done was to my satisfaction.  "
