"I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! "We had Guy Ciluffo here from SILA this morning. It was a most pleasant experience. Everything worked according to plan. Guy called us before he came and showed up in time. While he did maintenance on our furnace he explained what he was doing and why. He also checked the valve on a radiator and gave tips re our AC system. Very professional and straight forward! Fortunately, we had no repairs or replacements but we decided to subscribe to a maintenance plan, not the least because of our pleasant experience with the SILA visit."

When Brandon arrived , he talked me through everything, including getting me ready for my eventual replacement. I know we all want to hold our systems together with duct tape and prayer, but I know the day is coming where even God himself couldn’t get another year out of my AC. Our home is historic with old plumbing and he kept us informed of our options to unclog the drains and used several methods to get them working, without damaging the existing pipes. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and materials used in the 1930's and before, and took that into consideration before performing any work. One sink drain just would not clear, so he scheduled us for a second visit, giving us time to clear out a closet, and carefully measured and cut through a small section of closet wall to get at the piping. After clearing the clog, he replaced and updated a section of piping, and was very helpful about how he thought it best to repair the wall. My husband did some minor carpentry, and both our sinks are clearing better than they have been in many years. I would definitely use Provost Plumbing and Russ for all our other plumbing jobs. He is nice, professional, and prompt!"
