"Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). I decided to have it moved to be up to code, he still finished the job on time that day. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. Thanks NE Tank"

One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. "I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I had not previously dealt with All Phases Mechanical we were in the dregs of a awful heat wave when the AC went down..miserable. I had spent much money with The company that I used for 20 years they told me they would not be out for 4 days on a Saturday & because it was a Saturday would charge me a $500 premium or I could with until the middle of the following week. At 9:00 AM the same day I called Carl at All Phases Mechanical he sharpened his pencil gave me an estimate ,, sourced my replacement condenser... his very qualified experienced lead man Henry was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. My AC system was up and running the same day by 4:00 PM Exceptional response and installatio . All Phases is my new company I highly recommend them"
