"They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."

"Let's start with the estimate. The owner himself, showed up to give me an estimate. Tyler is quite a driven young man. He kept the appointment time, was prompt and courteous. He COULD have sold me a super expensive setup. Instead, he looked at the issue, found that my system needs work. My a.c. went out on the hottest week we've had. He found the issue, was willing to fix it just to save me some money. He explained the pros and cons of fixing vs repair. We all know that service that comes out and does this and then slaps you with a crazy high estimate. I had this guys competitor come out the other day and gave me some ridiculous estimate. I wouldn't recommend Polar heating and cooling to anyone. But Comfort Wizards came out and gave me the best estimate I've had. He also offered me a 5% EMS discount! On top of the best estimate I've had!! I believe its a good practice to work with local companies and Comf0rt Wizards is the one im going with."
