"Overall satisfied with the service I had with those I spoke with from beginning to end. The bathtub was backing up and draining very slow, and when the kitchen faucet was running, dirty water was coming up in through the bathtub drain. The lady I set up the appointment with, sorry I forgot her name, was so kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciated receiving a call ahead of time when the plumber was on the way. I appreciated the free inspection and them coming out on a Sunday evening. The price was a bit high but we figured things out. The plumber, Joshua was also so kind and resolved the issue with the drain pipes within a short amount of time."
