"The quality of the door openers is excellent and they are extremely quiet, very happy with them. They replaced my previous Genie door openers that were 17 years old. My only complaint is that the installer ripped down all of the old wires and in the process all of the old wire staples went flying everywhere. As a result I have been picking up staples off of the garage floor for weeks now hoping none of them find their way into one of my car tires. Not good!"

"I got a few estimates for replacing my garage door and Cumberland had the best price and said they could do it right away. When evaluating the garage for a quote, they noticed a lot of things about our old garage that needed to be accounted for, such as nothing being perfectly square and the floor being uneven. They said this wouldn't be a problem. They did an excellent job removing and replacing a garage door, tracks and spring and reinstalled the current garage door, and everything was done in about 4 hrs. They hauled everything away and left the site clean. The next day they called to ask how everything was and if it was done to our satisfaction. John did an excellent job making sure everything worked and cleaned up afterwards, taking away the old opener and parts. He went above and beyond trying to get the old outdoor keypad to work with the new opener which we found out later wouldn’t work due to a security upgrade on the new opener.
