"After spending $30K with them to "repair" my foundation, it's been over a year now that I've been waiting for them to come back to finish the job and do the warranty the work that they said they would do. Since they've been paid, I can't get any response from them. The work they did was horrible, not according to the Architects plan, they used different materials and did the work improperly. They said that they would be coming back to correct it all. After several no shows and no responses, I had to file a state complaint against this company, it's owner and license holder. Meanwhile my home continues to suffer more because of their caliber of workmanship and lack of ability to do their job properly. If possible, I would not give them any stars!"

"Ray and his team are miracle workers! Our home is a renovated 40's farmhouse with multiple additions. The basement (especially the "original" portion) had been pretty much untouched for decades before we moved in - we're talking junk, dirt, spider webs, bugs, etc. Ray and his crew did a haul-out of everything still remaining and then a deep clean with pressure washing/sanitizing. They also procured and installed steel shelving for storage and then organized the items we wanted to keep on the shelves. The basement is unrecognizable! We could never have accomplished this much on our own. The team was also prompt, polite, and FAST. I am amazed at what they got done in less than two days! Ray even fixed our broken screen door on his way out!"

Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. "Ohio Home Improvement is truly a company that treats you like family. They do work that they take pride in. That forms a relationship of trust with the customer because you can depend on the quality of their work to show in everything they do. Every part of our kitchen construction, flooring installation, painting, and bathroom installation was handled with professional knowledge and attention to detail. We worked with Rob to plan our kitchen layout and shop for flooring and countertops. He helped us choose a better product for our flooring and was able to make it work in our budget. He also helped us find the perfect granite countertop and tile backsplash to tie everything together. Our project covered the entire first floor of our house so we had a timeline of about 2 months worth of work. We were very happy to have the same crew work through the whole project. I am a stay at home mom with three kids, one being two years old. So we were in the house a lot during the construction. Our crew, Mike, Tim, Larry and our Renovation Specialist Rob worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. We were very happy that we knew who was coming each day and that we wouldn't be having different workers coming and going. The guys all communicated well with eachother and they spent time with me at the end of each day to review the work they did and the plan for the next day. If there was a problem with the material that was being installed I was alerted right away and our project manager made arrangements to have it replaced. We added some work to our original project because they earned our trust through the quality of their work. We knew that everything would be done to our specifications and with their professional experience. We expected the work to be done to perfection but we were still surprised a few times by the detail of the finish work. The trim around our kitchen island, the flow of the flooring from one room to the next, the baseboards throughout, the tile work, and the exact straight lines of the painted walls was exceptional. It was even better than how we pictured it would look! We started our project by looking for a construction company that would deliver on the promises they make about the quality of their work. We will work with Ohio Home Improvement every time because they back what they say they will do with their quality work"

"I’ve used Toth Painting 3 times over the last 6 yrs for both exterior and interior painting projects. I’ve always been very satisfied with their work. My latest project was for multiple drywall repairs in an older home. The painter showed up on time, worked very diligently and explained everything to me. (He even matched existing paint colors and fixed a textured ceiling so well that I can’t even spot the repairs.) The cost was more than a handyman, but IMO it was definitely worth it to have the work done so well. Highly recommended by a repeat-customer. "
