"They may have removed the asbestos and honored the quote even though I was told the job took longer than expected but they didn't clean up very well. I had to wash the walls and doors in spots to remove black hand prints and smears. I'm finding out that this doesn't come off very easily and I'm going to have to repaint some areas to cover up the marks. The cracks in the laminate wood floor had an oil on it which I assume was to catch any loose particles but the floor never got wiped up so I had to wash the hall flooring. They removed my baseboards and did not reinstall them. When I asked them to come back out and reinstall them, they did but when I went in to check the work a couple of days later, they left out 5 of the 8 corner trim pieces that I found on the closet shelves which I am assuming is where they left them when they took them off. Now I need to go back in, remove all the baseboards again so I can put the corner trim pieces in place. I had already paid them before double checking the baseboard reinstall so shame on me. Overall I would say they are fine as long as you are home and inspect everything before they leave. Unfortunately for me, this was at our rental property and I was not available to oversee the project so I was not able to have these things corrected before they left. Jacob did want to make it right so I would say the customer service is good. After already having them out a 2nd time I figured there was no use in calling for a 3rd time to correct the problem again so I will try to do the trim myself."
